Return Policy – International Orders

At La Tía María CBD, we comply with European regulations and aim to provide safe, high-quality CBD products.
Due to higher shipping costs and customs procedures, our return policy for international orders is stricter.

💚 Returns and Exchanges

• Return period: 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

• Only sealed, unopened and unused products will be accepted.

• Returns of opened, tampered or partially used products are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs after verification (photo or video proof required).

• Returns due to change of mind or personal preference: all shipping costs (both ways) must be covered by the customer.

🔁 Refunds or Replacements

• A replacement will be offered first for defective or incorrect products.

• If not possible, we will issue a refund or store credit.

• Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item at our Spanish facility, within 14 working days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Products must be sent to:

• All returns must be properly tracked and declared to avoid customs issues.

• We do not accept cash-on-delivery or unpaid postage returns.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns according to this policy.
